Billing
How the trial, payments and cancellation work
The first charge is taken when the trial expires, on the card you authorised during registration. If you cancel before that date you pay nothing.
Yes, at any time. Moving up to a larger plan takes effect immediately, moving down takes effect from the next renewal.
No. Every amount you see excludes VAT, which is added on the invoice at the rate applicable to your country and tax status.
From inside the platform, with no phone call and no notice period. The service stays live until the end of the period you already paid for, and there are no penalties.
Credit and debit cards through Stripe. The payment page is hosted by Stripe, so card details never pass through our systems.
Yes. During registration we collect your legal name, VAT number and billing channel, so the invoice reaches the right place from the first month.
