The method

Three steps, zero technical skills

You do not have to learn a new tool or know what a keyword is. You describe your business, the system builds the plan and starts working. You stay the point of control, not the operator.

The three steps

From signup to your first article online

01

Connect your business

Already have a site? Connect it in two minutes, WordPress works best. Do not have one? We build it and publish there.

02

Tell it about your brand

Goals, tone of voice, services, the area you want to be found in. The more context you give, the fewer corrections later.

03

Flarseo works for you

The topic plan starts immediately. From there, articles and posts arrive at the cadence your plan allows.

The first week

What actually happens in the first few days

No waiting weeks to see something: the work starts on the day you sign up.

Day 1: setup

You complete the online registration and authorise your card, with no charge. The quote and the contract arrive by email: your account activates when you confirm from there. Meanwhile your brand profile is already recorded.

Days 2 and 3: analysis

The system reads your site if you have one, looks at who ranks ahead of you in searches around your area and builds the first list of topics. If there is no site yet, this is when the page structure is defined.

  • Starting positions on the searches that matter to you
  • Topics your competitors already cover, and the gaps they leave
  • A first draft of the editorial plan

From day 4: production

The first pieces of content arrive. Every article goes through automated checks before it is proposed to you: cited sources, internal links, consistency with your tone of voice, originality against what you have already published.

In some sectors, healthcare among them, human review before publishing is not optional. We tell you during registration, before you enter any data.

Who does what

The division of labour, written plainly

Your part

What we need from you

A short list, concentrated at the start and thinner as time goes on.

  • Describing the business during registration
  • Answering approval requests
  • Flagging content you are not happy with
The system

What it does on its own

The repetitive part, every day, without you having to open the platform.

  • Researching topics and watching competitors
  • Writing, reviewing and correcting articles
  • Scheduling and publishing posts and pages
  • Recording the positions you reach
The boundary

Where your approval is required

You set how much autonomy the agent has, and you can change it at any time.

  • First publication on a new channel
  • Content in sectors with mandatory review
  • Structural changes to the website
  • Spending above the limit you set
Before you start

The questions we get asked most

Initial setup takes about half an hour. After that it depends on how much autonomy you give the agent: if you let it publish automatically, reading the periodic summary is enough.

The fastest way to know if it fits is to run it

Sign up in two minutes, take 14 days to evaluate the system, and cancel at any point.
