Use cases

Five situations where Flarseo makes sense

These are not customer stories and they contain no invented numbers. They are the five shapes of problem people describe to us most often, with what the system does in each one.

Situations

Recognise yours?

Each card describes the shape of the problem and what happens once the system gets to work.

Single location

I want more calls from people nearby

A business with one physical location that lives off customers from the neighbourhood or the town. It shows up when someone searches the exact name, and disappears when the search is generic.

  • The Google listing becomes the centre of the work: consistent information and content published regularly.
  • Articles answer the questions people in the area actually ask, not generic topics.
  • Position tracking is local: what counts is where nearby customers find you, not a national average.
  • Every article also becomes a social post that matches your brand.
Professional practice

I need content that stands up to scrutiny

A medical, legal or technical practice that cannot afford approximate writing. The point is not producing a lot: it is producing things that are correct, signed and verifiable.

  • Every article cites authoritative sources and passes automated checks before it goes out.
  • Author and reviewer are declared, with the details that make the text attributable to a real person.
  • In regulated sectors human review before publication is mandatory and cannot be switched off.
  • The practice's tone of voice is defined once and then respected.
No website

I have no site and no appetite for a project

A business that has lived on word of mouth and a social profile. It needs a base that belongs to it, not a page rented on somebody else's platform.

  • The site is generated from what you tell us about the business, already built to be found.
  • Service pages and the contact page ship with a working form, not a fake success message.
  • From there the site does not stand still: articles are added over time.
  • The site is yours and can be exported at any moment.
Multiple locations

I have several locations, each with its own area

A business with several branches or several areas served, where one generic page is not enough because the searches change from zone to zone.

  • Geographic areas are declared explicitly and drive which content gets planned.
  • Position tracking is per area, so you see where you are strong and where you are not.
  • The editorial plan avoids near identical pages that end up competing with each other.
  • The site structure holds the locations together without duplicating the work.
Content without rhythm

I already have a blog but it stalled months ago

The most common case of all: someone started, published well for a while, and then the day job took all the time. The material is there, the consistency is not.

  • The system reads what you have already published and uses it as context instead of starting over.
  • Older content worth saving is flagged for updating.
  • The editorial plan restarts at a sustainable rhythm and does not depend on who has time that week.
  • Links between articles are looked after, so the archive stops being a pile of disconnected pieces.
Across all of them

I want to exist inside AI assistants too

More and more people ask an assistant for a recommendation instead of opening a search engine. The question we get is simple: does my business get mentioned or not?

  • Presence inside assistants is observed over time, not estimated once.
  • Content is written to answer real questions, which is the format assistants can actually quote.
  • The basic facts about your business stay consistent across site, Google listing and articles.
  • Nobody can guarantee a mention: what we can do is work on the conditions that make one possible.
In practice

What happens after activation

The path is the same in all the cases above: what changes is what the assistant decides to do.

01

Gathering the context

You describe what you do, for whom, in which area and in what tone. If you already have a site, the assistant reads it and takes what it needs.

02

Plan and first output

The assistant proposes the topics, ranks them by priority and starts producing. You approve wherever you asked to be consulted.

03

Measure and correct

Positions and search data feed back into next month's plan, so what works gets repeated and what does not gets dropped.

Questions

Questions about these scenarios

It depends how much autonomy you give the assistant. With high autonomy your time is limited to approvals; with low autonomy you review every piece before it goes out. The level can be changed at any time.
