Standard profile

The person searching is not near you. They are near the decision.

In tourism local search works the other way round: the guest is five hundred kilometres away, picturing the place they will be in three weeks. Flarseo works that distance, in several languages, and in the standard profile it keeps the rhythm while you are in the middle of the season.

What guests search for

Three windows that open at different moments

  • Inspiration. What to do in an area, where to go for a long weekend, which part suits travelling with children. Your name never appears here.
  • Evaluation. The search narrows to the place: where to sleep near a specific spot, with parking, with free cancellation.
  • Booking. Now the search contains your name: the guest saw you on a portal and is checking whether booking direct is worth it.

The third window saves you commission, but it only opens if you held the first two. And if your markets speak German or French, those two windows open in German and in French.

Content that works

Six pieces a property can genuinely sustain

Area guides written by someone who lives there

Not a copy of the regional tourism site: what is actually worth it, how far it is, when it gets crowded.

A page per type of accommodation

Rooms, apartments or units described one by one, with what differs between them and who each one suits.

Itineraries by length of stay

Two nights, a long weekend, a week. People search in days available, not in lists of attractions.

The answers you give in chat every day

Check in times, how to arrive without a car, whether the dog can stay in the room. Mundane questions that move bookings.

Seasonal content, published earlier

A summer piece published in June arrives late. The assistant works with the lead time it needs.

The same pages in your market languages

Content is written in the language you set, not translated afterwards, so it reads as written.

The compliance reality

Standard profile: what changes

Tourism and hospitality fall into the standard profile, the lightest of the four. In your sector that counts: in high season nobody approves content one piece at a time.

No mandatory human review

You can switch it on, but it is not imposed. Businesses working with seasonality usually keep it only on commercial pages and let guides and posts run.

Autonomy cap: prudent autopilot

The assistant publishes on its own inside the approved plan and notifies you each time. Anything outside the plan still needs your confirmation. The season carries on even if you do not open the platform for a fortnight.

Disclosure in the footer, in every language

The disclosure on the use of artificial intelligence appears in the footer of every language version of the site, following article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

Descriptions of the property remain your own commercial statement. The assistant does not invent facilities, ratings or services that are not in your property record.

The first three months

A start that follows the season

01

Month one

Accommodation pages and practical information get sorted, the Google listing is aligned, the languages are chosen. The first two area guides go out.

02

Month two

Work runs ahead on the next season and starts covering itineraries by length of stay, in the chosen languages.

03

Month three

You read what brings traffic from inspiration searches and what converts into direct enquiries. The plan shifts to the topics and languages that respond.

Frequently asked

What properties ask us

You set the languages and the assistant writes directly in each one. The pages stay consistent with each other, but the way things are said changes from language to language.

Prepare the next season now

Tourism content has to be published weeks ahead. Fourteen trial days are enough to see the first cycle, in the language of your guests.
