Every document that governs the relationship between your business and Flarseo is public and readable before you sign: contract, personal data, security, subprocessors and transparency on artificial intelligence. The documents are drafted in Italian, and only the Italian version is legally binding.

Language of the contract
The contract and the related documents are drafted in Italian, and the Italian version is the binding one. The English, French and German versions are courtesy translations: where a passage diverges, the Italian text prevails.

To exercise your rights over personal data, to ask about the contract or to report an issue, write to info@flarseo.com and quote the legal name and the VAT number you signed up with.
The documents listed here govern a relationship between businesses: signing up requires an Italian VAT number or the tax code of a sole trader.
