Regulated profile

Someone about to spend thirty thousand reads first, and reads everything

In construction the search comes weeks before the quote. The client compares firms they have never heard of and dreads the surprise halfway through the job. Flarseo produces the content that answers that fear and holds it until you approve.

Who is searching

Three different clients, three different searches

The homeowner

About to renovate

They search orders of magnitude per square metre, real timings, permits and who works in their area. Then they search the name of the firm, to check it exists.

The building manager

Has to take a proposal to a meeting

They look for firms that can explain a job to people outside the trade, with phases and timings. A technical page is worth more than a brochure.

The company

Has to become compliant

They search courses, documents and workplace safety consultancy, usually with a date already fixed. An unemotional search, and one with very high intent.

Content that works

The content that brings work is the one that explains the job

Before and after photos help, but they do not rank. What ranks is the explanation: what a job involves, in what order, how long it takes and what makes it cost more.

  • A page per type of work, using the words the client uses and not only the ones in the specification
  • The phases of a typical job, with indicative durations and what living in the house is like during the works
  • The items that move a quote, explained before they turn into an argument
  • Area pages, because the distance to the site shows up in the price
  • For safety work: pages per obligation, with the audience each one is for
The compliance reality

Regulated profile: what changes

Construction and workplace safety fall into the regulated profile, along with food, veterinary, cosmetics, energy, transport and environment. It is the middle level: human review is mandatory, but the assistant stays more operational than in the YMYL profiles.

What the assistant doesWhat is left to you
Plans the topics, researches and writes.Nothing, until it asks you for a green light.
Asks for confirmation before any action that reaches the outside world. You approve or correct, once per action.
After your yes it completes everything itself.Nothing: the execution never comes back to your desk.
Adds the disclosure at the top of every piece of content. You decide who signs as author and who as reviewer.

The autonomy cap is ask before acting: the practical difference from the health and legal sectors, where the assistant prepares and then stops altogether. Disclosure follows article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

The content describes how you work and how a job unfolds, not a set of technical instructions addressed to the reader. Professional responsibility for what you publish stays with you, as with a signed quote.

The first three months

A start that fits the pace of the trade

01

Month one

You choose the types of work you want to be found for and the areas you cover. The first pages go out and the approval queue starts, at a rhythm that fits around the site.

02

Month two

The explanations of the phases and the content on costs arrive, the ones clients read before calling. If you work on safety, the pages per obligation begin.

03

Month three

You read which types of work bring quote requests and from which areas. The plan concentrates there, and weak pages enter the rewrite cycle.

Frequently asked

What firms ask us

Approvals gather in a queue and get cleared together, even once a week from your phone. The assistant waits without deadlines: nothing is lost if you answer on Thursday instead of Monday.

Put online what you already know how to explain

What you say out loud at the first site visit is the content missing from your website. Fourteen trial days to see the first cycle, no lock in.
