Integration

Google Business Profile

For anyone selling to nearby customers, the Google listing often matters more than the website: it is what shows up on the map and in searches made from a phone two streets away.

How it works

A living listing instead of a dormant one

You connect your business profile on Google and choose which location the system should manage. From then on, the articles published on your site also become short posts on the listing: a version adapted to the local format, with a link to the full article. A listing that publishes regularly sends Google and the people reading it a signal that a dormant listing does not.

Which way things move

  • From Google to Flarseo: the list of accounts and locations you administer, so you can pick the right one.
  • From Flarseo to Google: short posts published on the selected listing, derived from your articles and from the plan.
  • Every publication is recorded with its outcome: if Google refuses it, you see it in writing and the draft stays available.

How it is set up

  • You start the connection from the platform and sign in with the Google account that administers the listing.
  • You select the location to manage and confirm.
  • You choose whether posts should go out on their own or wait for your approval.

What you get out of it

The listing stops being a page filled in once and forgotten. Anyone who opens it finds something recent, and the editorial work you do on the site also produces an effect where people actually look, which is the map.

If you would rather not delegate publishing, you can keep manual mode: the system prepares the text and you publish it with one click.

Limits

What this integration does not do

It does not answer reviews

Reviews are a conversation with your customers and stay with you. The system does not write them, does not solicit them and does not reply on your behalf.

It does not create the listing for you

Verifying a business is a Google procedure that goes through the owner. If the listing does not exist yet, it has to be created and verified before it can be connected.

It does not guarantee a place on the map

Local rankings depend on Google and on factors no supplier controls, starting with physical distance. The work is on the conditions, not on the outcome.

Questions

Questions about the Google listing

Always. The connection is a permission you grant and revoke whenever you want, from the platform or from your Google account settings. Ownership of the listing never changes.

Keep alive the listing customers look at first

The connection is set up during onboarding and can be revoked whenever you want.
