How to ask us for help

No obstacle course and no bot bouncing you between pages. You write, a person reads, a person answers. Here are the channels, what is worth including and the answers to the questions we get most often.

Channels

Two routes, one queue

Requests end up in the same place: pick whichever costs you less effort.

From the platform

Support inside your workspace

The fastest route, because the request arrives already linked to your account, your brand and the screen you opened it from. You do not have to explain who you are.

  • Technical context attached automatically
  • Full history of your requests always available
  • Best for anything tied to a piece of content or a publication
By email

Write to info@flarseo.com

Good for everything else: commercial questions, invoicing, plan changes, and requests from people who do not have access yet.

  • No login needed
  • You can attach documents and images
  • Also suitable for someone helping you from outside

What to put in a request

Almost every long exchange starts with a first email that was too short. With these details we can usually answer on the first reply instead of asking you for more.

  • What you were doing and which page or section you were on.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • When the problem appeared and whether it repeats or happened once.
  • The name of the brand or workspace involved, if you follow more than one.
  • The exact wording of any error message, or a screenshot.
  • If it concerns a piece of content, the title of the article or post and the stage it had reached.

Never send us passwords. We never need them: to enter your workspace we ask for explicit, temporary permission, and we ask in writing.

Response

What to expect

Priority changes with the active plan, but no request goes unanswered. Below is a qualitative description: measurable commitments, where the contract provides for them, live in the SLA document.

PlanChannelHow we work
StarterTicket supportAnswered on working days, in the order requests arrive.
ProPriority supportRequests move to the front of the queue, and cases that block a publication are picked up first.
Ultra and AgencyDedicated contactA fixed person who knows your project, with top priority and commitments formalised in the SLA.

Outages affecting several customers at once are handled as incidents and communicated separately, so nobody has to write in individually.

Three places worth checking before opening a request.

If a report throws a term at you that means nothing, it is almost certainly explained there in three lines.

If something behaves differently from yesterday, a recent release is often the reason.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

During setup you give the address of your site and authorise the connection. With WordPress the link is direct and takes a few minutes, because it is the platform we support best. If your site is built differently, write to us before subscribing: we will tell you honestly what is possible. And if you have no site at all, we can build one and publish there.
